You'll prepare a savory spread that includes tuna cutlets served with a healthy pennywort salad and traditional coconut roti served with onion chutney. Create spiced yellow rice and a variety of curry infused with spices. And for dessert, discover the delight of Sri Lankan pancakes topped with caramel and vanilla ice cream.
