In this cooking class with Chef Shriram, you'll utilize ingredients common to Asian cuisine and practice skills that can be applied again and again. You'll also learn the art of neatly wrapped rice paper rolls and frying crispy tempura shrimp and crunchy karaange.
To bring a punch of flavor, build sweet and spicy sauces and condiments, from a sticky soy glaze to a tangy Japanese mayonnaise. For a sweet fusion, Chef Shriram will teach you how to prepare a matcha tiramisu, blending earthy tea with the classic Italian dessert.
