In this interactive cooking class with Chef Gianni, you'll build your confidence in the kitchen as you practice an array of culinary techniques to create a mouthwatering menu centered around pizza.

Begin by slicing and layering ingredients for a classic Caprese salad. Next, knead and roll out bouncy pizza dough and prepare your choice of Italian pizza: Margherita, capricciosa or marinara. Learn all the tricks for crispy, golden crust even at home. Finally, combine lemons, sugar and some water for a lightly sweet frozen treat of lemon sorbet.
