Chef Natalie Daniella offers an interactive cooking class experience for you to learn how to prepare traditional Caribbean dishes using locally grown ingredients, authentic spices and vibrant, diverse flavors.
Begin by preparing traditional Barbadian salted fish cakes made with herbs and Caribbean spices and enjoyed with a sour chive dip. For the main course, you'll learn how to cook chicken curry pot, a classic dish with a rich sauce, served with cheesy macaroni pie and slaw with mango. For dessert, you'll make a rum-infused black cake, a decadent treat with a hint of Caribbean rum.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Natalie created and executed a beautifully, delicious menu for my mother’s 50th birthday party. It was a cooking class that turned into a dinner party of 10, and she accommodated all “special” requests. Pleasing 10 people at once is no easy together to make every one feel special and important. The food was amazing and perfect alternatives for those vegan, and vegetarian.
My favourite was the Barbadian fish cakes and the macaroni cheese!
We could not have asked for anything more – it was beyond our expectations for this very special evening.
