What if I like an experience but cannot make it to any of the listed dates?
No worries! You can request a date by clicking the “Message us” link under the specific experience's date drop-down menu or by calling us at 800-369-0157. If you do not see the link below the date drop-down menu, the chef or guide does not accept requests for different dates.

Pick your gift card design, whether you'd like a holiday, celebration or birthday theme.
Choose your gift card value in any amount from $10 and up. Select your delivery method.
Gift cards can be emailed to the recipient by selecting "Email" or you can print out the certificate by selecting "Print."
Write an optional personal message on your gift card.
After adding all of your details, click "Purchase Gift Card" to enter your billing information.

Experiences are hosted at the chef's place or your place. Chef’s locations are all pre-approved and range from premium venues to event spaces to private homes. Alternatively, traveling chefs exclusively travel to your venue.

Each chef requires a minimum number of guests to join their cooking experience prior to confirming that a class will take place. In addition to this, each chef has a maximum number of guests that can be accepted in the class. This information can be found under the “Details” section of each of the chefs’ profiles.

After choosing the experience you can send a message to your chef and request a private event. You may also reach out to sales@cozymeal.com and one of our team members will help you coordinate a private experience.

If you are seeking a date or time that is not available on the site, we recommend that you send the chef a message. This feature is available beneath the date section. The chef will accept, deny, or provide alternative dates for your consideration. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive an update.

Once you choose your location, you may filter by group size, date, and cuisine preferences. To search for popular cuisine options, you can refine your search by clicking on any of the tags in your area.

Chefs can accommodate most dietary restrictions upon request. When booking your experience, our site will prompt you to note dietary restrictions or special preferences.

Chefs may be available to modify the start time upon request. If you would like to change the start time by less than 2 hours, book online for the time listed and note your preferred time in your message to the chef. The chef will adjust the start time as part of accepting your request. Alternatively, if you would like to adjust the start time by more than 2 hours, submit a date request for the time you prefer.

The chefs provide you with a confirmation once they accept your booking, which takes 24-48 hours.

To view the status of your booking, log in to www.cozymeal.com, go to “My Bookings” and then “See Details.” You will be able to access the details pertaining to your booking and you may message your chef as well.

After you submit a reservation request online, it can take 24-48 hours for the chef to respond to your request.

You will receive an email to the email address on record with your reservation when your request is accepted. You can confirm the email address under “My Profile” in your Cozymeal account, or check the status of your reservation in your account under “My Bookings.”

Upon submitting your request online, a notice confirming the reservation request is sent to the email address on record for you. You can check that the email address on record is correct under “My Profile” in your Cozymeal account. If the email on record is correct, check your promotions or spam filter within your email account to locate your confirmation notice.

$10 is the minimum amount. There is no maximum gift card amount - the sky's the limit!

How can I add more guests to my reservation?
Log into your account, navigate to “My Bookings,” click the orange “Details” button, click the orange “Book more spots” and follow the prompts to add more guests to your reservation.
