Cooking Class - Hand-Rolled Gnocchi

Practice a variety of culinary skills for scratch-made gnocchi and classic Italian dishes.

Prepare a traditional Italian menu from scratch with guidance from Chef Gianni in this hands-on cooking class. Begin by toasting bread and piling it high with diced cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.

For the main course, you'll knead together soft potato with flour and egg for pillowy gnocchi, individually rolled and cut. Simmer up a four-cheese sauce to toss your Italian dumplings in and serve alongside sautéed green beans. For dessert, you'll whisk together a velvety smooth tahini and lime cheesecake and caramelize sugar for a sesame brittle garnish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
