During this interactive cooking class, Chef Tim will take you on a journey to China, exploring its traditional gastronomy. He will teach you the best techniques to achieve the most authentic flavors.
You’ll start by making handmade pork and chicken egg rolls with a sweet and spicy sauce. Then, you’ll discover how to make sweet steamed bao buns with a delicious filling, prepare smoked oysters with creamy miso butter, and make a wood ear mushroom salad. For a sweet ending, you'll bake Chinese almond biscuits served with jasmine tea.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim's experience and expertise were extraordinary! The cooking class I took with him was not only a great class to learn how to make a wonderful dish such a Lobster Bisque but learning how to dissect a lobster and take all possible meat out of it was a life changing experience for me.
