Chef Tim will introduce Vietnam’s gastronomy with a flavorful and diverse menu during this interactive cooking class where you’ll learn more about the country and its culinary traditions.
Begin by preparing chạo tôm, which is sugar cane shrimp with crispy rice noodles. Then, expertly cook up an aromatic, zesty ginger sea bass with steamed vegetables, smoked basmati fried rice and slice up a traditional Vietnamese prawn and papaya salad. Make a decadent Vietnamese creme caramel dish with coconut milk for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim's experience and expertise were extraordinary! The cooking class I took with him was not only a great class to learn how to make a wonderful dish such a Lobster Bisque but learning how to dissect a lobster and take all possible meat out of it was a life changing experience for me.
