Cooking Class - Vegan Dinner Date Night
With her seasoned expertise in plant-based cooking, Chef Karla shows you how to prepare a vegan meal that is both hearty and healthy in this interactive cooking class.
Begin class by assembling a mixed leaf salad with sun blush tomatoes, which are similar to sun-dried tomatoes but sweeter and more flavorful. Next, prepare an indulgent vegan strudel with new potatoes and vegetables. End your date night sweetly with a crumbly raspberry dessert so decadent, vegans and non-vegans alike could be left craving more.
