During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Tim will introduce you to Thailand’s gastronomy. You’ll explore different flavor combinations and learn how to prepare five recipes from scratch.
Start by wrapping rice paper spring rolls and mixing a tasty Thai peanut dipping sauce. Then, you’ll prepare Thai panang curry with chicken, beef or prawn, create traditional potato flatbread, and prepare a refreshing cucumber salad with peanuts and rice vinegar. And for dessert, you’ll whip up sesame ginger rice balls with a decadent ginger syrup.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim's experience and expertise were extraordinary! The cooking class I took with him was not only a great class to learn how to make a wonderful dish such a Lobster Bisque but learning how to dissect a lobster and take all possible meat out of it was a life changing experience for me.
