In this interactive cooking class, Chef Dolma will show you how to craft the perfect sushi rolls from start to finish, including how to finish the hand roll, or temaki, with the distinct cone shape.
During the course of the class, you'll prepare all sorts of traditional Japanese sushi house dishes, starting with miso soup and white fish carpaccio peppered with jalapeño. Then, you'll learn how to make some of the most classic sushi rolls: Cucumber hosomaki, crab tempura futomaki with avocado, two types of nigiri and a salmon avocado hand roll.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
