Cooking Class - Essential Thai Cooking
Learn how to make traditional, homemade Thai food in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Care as you use time-honored culinary techniques and the most fresh, local ingredients available.
Chef Care will begin by teaching you how to fill and roll spring rolls with vegetables and chicken, and the traditional way of making shrimp tom yum soup brewed with lemongrass and galangal. Next, learn how to expertly cook tofu and shrimp for a classic pad Thai noodle dish, then slice mango and make sticky rice for a sweet dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
