From appetizer to dessert, learn how to create the famous flavors of Thailand in this hands-on culinary experience curated by Chef Care. Each course is brimming with fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques you'll use on repeat.
First, brew a mouthwatering soup peppered with chicken, lemongrass, chilis and galangal, then prepare a classic yellow chicken curry featuring coconut milk and potatoes. Next, Chef Care will teach you how to fry rice with garlic and soy sauce, and create a creamy coconut milk custard for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

When I travel I love booking a cooking class with the locals. Not only do you get to learn how to make the dishes of the country you're traveling to, you get to eat all the goodies once you've cooked them and meet some amazing people along the way.
