Cooking Class - Traditional Thai
Become an expert in traditional Thai cuisine as you learn how to make four recipes with Chef Care. Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or are well seasoned, you'll gain confidence in this hands-on cooking class.
Using fresh, local ingredients, start by making traditional pork and tofu soup infused with fried garlic and soy sauce, followed by an onion and potato-studded massaman chicken curry. Next, Chef Care will teach you how to make Phuket-style yellow noodles and a dessert of sweet coconut pancakes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
