Meet your chef
Mixologist Gerardo got his start in the world of mixology while working for global spirit brands Pernod and Beefeater Gin. His talents led to roles as a cocktail consultant around his hometown of Mexico City. As owner and creative director of his own restaurant, he takes joy in advising his patrons about beverage and cuisine pairings. This passion for drink craft also informs Mixologist Gerardo's inventive mixology courses.
