Begin by preparing fresh tuna wonton tacos, garnished with guacamole and sweet ponzu soy sauce. Next, Chef Ronald will instruct you in grilling gorgonzola and herb-crusted steak to perfection, along with a pinot noir reduction. On the side, you'll enjoy crispy spiced potatoes served with grilled vegetables. End on a sweet note with bourbon peach cheesecake topped with churro crumbles.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We flew in the night of the class and almost skipped it cause we were tired from traveling, boy are we glad we didn't. Each dish was a work of art, and the intimate setting made it feel like a private dining experience.
