In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore beloved regional dishes from Mexico. Guided by Chef Isabel or Chef Pavel, you'll prepare a vibrant, authentic menu featuring traditional salsas, an iconic main dish and a classic dessert.
To start, try a bright twist on guacamole with seasonal fruit followed by bold tatemada sauce with roasted tomatoes. The centerpiece of the menu is a traditional dish from the Yucatán, pollo pibil — rich marinated chicken wrapped in banana leaves. Finish with an historic dessert, ate con queso, made with soft cheese and guava paste.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
