In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Isabel or Chef Pavel will guide you as you explore traditional dishes from the Mexican peninsula. This vibrant menu showcases beloved foods, including the renowned tacos al pastor with roasted pork, bold chiles and sweet pineapple.

Begin with a classic cheesy stuffed tortilla dish, the gordita, followed by fresh guacasalsa with tomatillos and avocado. You'll learn to prepare an al pastor marinade and transform it into a tender filling for your tacos. Finish the class with duranzo con cookies — sweet peaches and cream with cinnamon cookie crumbs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
