Savor the bold, sun-drenched flavors of the Mediterranean with a private chef experience led by Chef Bal. From roasted butternut squash to coastal salmon and spiced lamb, each course is thoughtfully composed and served in the comfort of your own home – preparation, cooking and cleanup all taken care of.

 

The evening opens with a velvety butternut squash soup with avocado and spiced pumpkin seeds before moving into pan-seared BC coho salmon with herb paprika cream sauce, quinoa pilaf and fennel salad. Lamb kebabs with mint, garlic and green pea yogurt sauce follow as a bold, aromatic centerpiece. A silky muhallabia with saffron cream closes the evening on a delicate, fragrant note.
