In this private chef experience, five-star Chef Padma will take you through a culinary adventure through the art of Indonesian cuisine.

Begin this exceptional experience with a warm bowl of soto ayam, which is a classical bowl of chicken soup loaded with herbal broth, glass noodles and boiled egg. You'll then devour a luxurious beef rendang with fork-tender beef curry, a side of sweet coconut rice and crunchy prawn crackers. Complete your gourmet experience with pisang goreng - banana fritters with jasmine iced tea.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Padma has shared his passion for finely-crafted food with the Alberta dining scene for more than 10 years. He's covered everything from sous chef responsibilities to owning and operating his own pastry shop.
