Chef Levi elevates classic dishes with a signature twist in this gourmet dining experience.

This private chef experience showcases Chef Levi’s signature dishes from modern to traditional highlighting the best of the best. Savor a restaurant-quality meal, meticulously prepared just for you. Whet your appetite with luxurious seafood-stuffed mushrooms, followed by a fresh Caesar salad. Next, enjoy apricot-stuffed chicken draped in white wine cream sauce paired with tender rice pilaf and roasted vegetables. Dive into a sweet, creamy chocolate mousse for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Punctual, fresh ingredients, great cooking instructor, sociable and entertaining, fantastic meal, AND he does a good job cleaning up! What more could you ask for?! Chef Levi’s Authentic French Cooking Class was awesome. 10/10 would recommend. We’ll definitely be signing up again!

Chef Levi provided a custom experience of learning through demonstration and hands-on as he worked to prepare a wonderful meal of French cuisine. It was both relaxing, fun and informative, and so delicious! I highly recommend this private chef experience!

We had a great evening with Chef Levi and enjoyed a wonderful French cuisine! The choice we had over how "hands on" we wanted to be during the lesson was much appreciated and we were both instructed and entertained. Chef Levi is very personable and an outstanding chef! The meal was delicious and it's nice to feel like it's something we could successfully prepare on our own with familiar ingredients. I would recommend Chef Levi to anyone looking for a fun cooking lesson and a great meal!

Chef Levi was a great teacher and a great chef! He demonstrated the techniques for preparing the items on the menu in a very easy to understand way and gave us some very helpful tips. He let us do as much of the preparation as we felt comfortable doing. He was very easy to talk to and we had some great conversations. The food was great and we look forward to trying the preparation on our own.

What a fabulous evening filled with friends, learning, laughing, and visiting. Chef Levi was well prepared and helped us produce an amazing meal. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We will do this again and again. A fantastic way to spend an evening.

We recently booked the Rustic Greek Feast experience with chef Levi. The food was great, and the experience was fun, however there are a couple of items that I’d like to point out for Levi’s consideration, and for future clients. There were alterations made to the menu that we were surprised, and disappointed by. The “Hard cheese, such as Kefalotyri’ was substituted with smoked gouda and marble cheddar cheese, which was disappointing. The cheeses were to be flambéed in brandy, but he forgot the brandy, so we needed to provide that, and the ‘medley of roasted vegetables’ turned out to be only roasted carrots. A suggestion for future events would be to give the clients a list of the items they need to provide, such as cutting boards, knives, barbeque, etc.
