Experience the unique culinary magic of the Pacific Northwest in this private chef experience with Chef Jordan. His expertise with coastal and farm-to-table cooking results in a singular gourmet meal. You'll enjoy a blend of goat cheese and beet tartare with micro greens, followed by tender Vancouver Island ribeye with spinach purée and veal jus, and a decadent brown butter cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Chef Jordan’s cooking career began when he was taken under a chef’s wing at the young age of 15. He then attended the Niagara Culinary Institute just a few short years later. Over the past eight years, the majority of Chef Jordan’s cooking experience has been as a private chef, working for high-end clients and families. He prides himself on nourishing others with his gourmet and impressive recipe curations.
