Begin with an appetizer of seared scallops, fresh cucumber and mint broth. For the main dish, Chef Daniel will prepare perfectly spiced chicken inspired by the flavors of Morocco, served with creamy sweet potato gratin. Dessert is crème brûlée with fragrant herbs and fresh berries.
