We enjoyed a fun and informative cooking session with Chef Diana. Learning to hand roll and shape ravioli pasta was fun, and a good hand and forearm workout! The ingredients were simple, high quality and end result; worth every minute of prep! Diana was excellent at working with us to demonstrate and explain the techniques and choice of ingredients. We highly recommend Chef Diana and this tasty cooking experience to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.

Huge thanks to Chef Diana for an amazing experience! I joined the class to learn the secrets of choux pastry, and I was blown away by how much I learned. Diana explains complex techniques in such an easy and clear way. We had a blast, and the pastries were out of this world. I'm so grateful for this lesson and can’t wait for the next one!

I attended Chef Diana's pastry masterclass following my friends' recommendations, and it was incredible! I love baking, but seeing a professional at work showed me how much I still had to learn. I attended a masterclass hosted by chef Diana last year, where we crafted special pastries for Halloween. Despite the cold weather outside, Diana created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere during the class.
I'm not very experienced in cooking, but with Diana's guidance it was surprisingly easy for me to make delicious pastries. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process enjoyable!
I'd definitely recommend cooking with Diana at least once in life — it's absolutely worth your time, and it's easy to fall in love with cooking while trying new things in such a relaxed environment.
