For this private chef experience, Chef Eranga has prepared a stunning menu of flavorful Sri Lankan dishes for you to enjoy. First, try a slow-braised mutton roll with tangy pepper ketchup. Then, enjoy beet and kale mallung, thinly shredded and cooked with coconut and aromatics. For the main dish, you'll have chicken curry, slow braised and cooked in coconut cream and Sri Lankan spices. For dessert, enjoy watalappan, a coconut custard with nuts and warm spices.
