During this private chef experience, Chef Rishika will prepare for you a multi-course vegan holiday meal using a variety of fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients. Some of the dishes you can look forward to choosing from during this gourmet culinary experience include vegan stuffed mushrooms, roasted butternut squash with kale, pumpkin seeds and cranberries, vegan macaroni and cheese, vegan apple pie streusel for dessert, and so much more!

5 stars for Chef Rishika. The food was delicious, she gave individual attention and pointers to everyone in the class, and had ready solutions for any challenges people had. There were several things we got from the class that we wouldn't have by watching YouTube or following a recipe.
