Chef Jayne presents elevated dishes highlighting luxurious ingredients with modern culinary techniques in this gourmet private chef experience featuring the best of land and sea. Begin with seared Hokkaido scallops in a rich citrus and wine sauce, followed by a bright arugula salad with roasted cherry tomatoes. For the main course, a decadent filet mignon is paired with creamy potatoes au gratin and charred Broccolini. For dessert, a classic apple tarte tatin awaits you.
