Dive into the rich, satisfying world of Italian cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Bal. From frying crispy arancini to building a slow ragù and setting a silky chocolate panna cotta, this session moves through three genuinely distinct techniques in a single, rewarding evening.

 

You'll start by shaping and frying quail egg arancini – coating risotto rice balls around a tender quail egg center and serving with paprika mayo and crispy kale. Next, you'll build a lamb ragù from scratch and toss it through al dente linguine with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
