You'll start by forming and grilling Mediterranean-spiced quinoa and beet kebabs, learning to build texture and flavor into a plant-forward dish. Next, you'll marinate and cook lemon-thyme chicken, pairing it with roasted butternut squash, charred broccolini and a bright pineapple salsa.
