What You'll Do

Learn to knead, roll and cook fresh fettuccine in this fun hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class with Chef Hamzeh, you'll learn how to make fresh fettuccine that will make boxed pasta feel a little nervous. Start by mixing and kneading the dough before rolling it out and cutting beautiful ribbons of pasta from scratch.

Once your noodles are ready, choose how to finish them with either a white sauce or a red sauce. Chef Hamzeh will share simple tips so the process feels easy, fun and totally doable at home. Come hungry, bring your curiosity and enjoy the pasta you create while chatting with fellow food lovers. Book your cooking class today!

The class was amazing! We made pita bread, hummus, kebabs, garlic mayo, salad, salad dressing, lamb, and everything tasted absolutely incredible.

Chef Hamzeh was incredible from start to finish. We got there 10 minutes early, he showed us around the top-tier professional kitchen, and gave us a quick rundown of what we were going to be doing for the class. We learned how to make focaccia fresh from scratch, risotto entree with pan fried salmon, and a lemon meringue to top it all off. I wish I took more photos, especially of the food that we made, but I was too busy living in the moment and enjoying every bite. Chef and his wife Victoria made this such a wonderful experience for me and my wife. I highly recommend for you to give his class a try!

My friend & I had a wonderful time & learned lots from Chef Hamzeh. He & his wife, Victoria, were very friendly & professional. It was just the two of us so we got a lot of 1:1 attention which was lovely. Chef Hamzeh did a great job explaining everything as we were preparing the different dishes. The food turned out amazing, very delicious! He asked for immediate feedback which we provided. One, we suggest guests are recommended to bring take away containers for any leftovers (we happened to have a few in the car). Two, since we requested fish the option of whole or filleted would have been appreciated. We spent a lot of time picking out the bones during our meal which was a bit unpleasant. And third, guests should be advised that the kitchen (which was stunning!) is part of the Miele store. We walked past it twice. I'd definitely recommend this experience to friends & family, specifically with Chef Hamzeh.
