This cooking class with Chef Giselle reveals the art of saffron long-grain rice, crafted with patience, intuition and respect for tradition. Discover techniques for incorporating saffron into not only rice but also everyday meals to enhance flavor and fragrance.

You’ll learn how each grain is washed, soaked, parboiled and steamed to achieve a wonderful aroma and texture. The menu includes a finely diced salad with tomato, cucumber and mint, crispy saffron basmati rice and a comforting chicken korma dish.
