Giselle was a wonderful teacher, was a fun 3 hour experience with my wife for a 1:2 pasta making lesson. Excellent tiramisu for dessert, had plenty of leftovers

Chef Giselle helped us make a wonderful Fettuccini Alfredo from scratch! She was so sweet and supportive and knowledgeable of the cuisine. The custom dessert she made for us was also divine. We will certainly book her again!

Chef Giselle has cooked for me on several occasions, including an intimate private dinner and my birthday celebration for 60 guests. Like a finely tuned orchestra, her menus were beautifully composed, impeccable in presentation, and unforgettable flavours. There is a clarity, a harmony, and confidence in her cooking that immediately stands out. My guests and I were blown away and captivated by the array, balance, and beauty of the dishes.
Her lamb chops are, without question, the best I have ever had—perfectly cooked and deeply flavorful—and the roasted pepper soup was extraordinary, elegant yet comforting. We made a beautiful vodka sauce pasta and, perhaps more importantly, had a beautiful evening. Chef Giselle is passionate about cooking, connection and making people happy. It was a complete pleasure welcoming her into our home, learning from her and learning about her. She cooks with love and that shines in her food. Would recommend her to anyone!!
