My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful time in this Thai vegan cooking class. Chef Sher was exceptionally well-prepared and organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind and patient, happily answering every question we had. I really appreciated how she modeled each step so clearly and then let us take the lead—her guidance made us feel confident throughout the process. She offered gentle, affirming feedback as we cooked, which made the class feel both supportive and fun. We also learned that she teaches a wide range of cuisines, all with her signature vegan twist—something we’re very excited to explore. We left the class feeling inspired, empowered, and eager to try more of her offerings. We would absolutely take another class with her. Chef Sher is an A+++ instructor!
