We made paella! James made our first experience amazing, we both had a great time. He was very respectful and professional but also offered great conversation throughout the evening. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about food. I'd highly recommend him for your next experience.

Amazing experience overall, thanks a bunch to Chef James who showed us all the tips and tricks to make great sushi! I can definitely recommend it to everyone who'd like to get (1) a demonstration of how to cut fish, veggies, and roll sushi as well as (2) actually doing all those things themselves.

My husband and I learned how to make sushi with Chef James. He is a great teacher and answered our many questions and now we have the confidence to actually make sushi for ourselves and our friends in the future!

We cooked caesar saland, risotto balls, veal, and pasta. Overall I would say the experience was amazing and I would 100% recommend Chef James. The conversations were great, he was very insightful about teaching us about cooking, and the food was incredible. 10/10 experience!
