We made paella! James made our first experience amazing, we both had a great time. He was very respectful and professional but also offered great conversation throughout the evening. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about food. I'd highly recommend him for your next experience.

Amazing experience overall, thanks a bunch to Chef James who showed us all the tips and tricks to make great sushi! I can definitely recommend it to everyone who'd like to get (1) a demonstration of how to cut fish, veggies, and roll sushi as well as (2) actually doing all those things themselves.
