We made French onion soup, Beef bourguinon, Blueberry tart Learned proper cutting techniques; Importance of layering the flavours Quite enjoyed the evening and how we worked together to create the meal. Chef Mathieu was very welcoming and taught the group every step to completion of the meal; answered questions and it was quit enjoysblw.
