What You’ll Do

Experience the evolution of Mexican flavors with modern culinary techniques.

Experience the bold and fresh tastes of contemporary Mexican cuisine in this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef Olivier, whose modern interpretations highlight Mexico’s vibrant culinary traditions, you’ll explore refined techniques and inventive twists on beloved classics.

You will learn to assemble tuna tostadas with fresh avocado and crunchy tortillas and simmer a classic corn chowder with cilantro oil and queso fresco. Master the technique of crisping duck breast and pairing it with pipian sauce and hominy corn. Finally, you’ll prepare a decadent Mexican chocolate mousse with candied papaya. You will develop skills in flavor layering, sauce preparation and elegant presentation that impresses every time.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
