If you're looking for a fun, hands-on class filled with great cooking tips, Mathieu's class is the one to take! We attended the Ligurian cooking class and the experience did not disappoint. From start to finish, it was engaging, informative, and delicious. Highly recommend it for your next fun night out!

I booked Chef Mat’s Ligurian cooking class as a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and it was perfect. We had such a great time cooking together and learning new techniques. Whether you’re new to cooking or not, this experience is a gem. Chef Mat is warm, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly an artist in the kitchen. 10/10 – we’d happily do it again!
