Then, handcraft pappardelle from scratch and pair it with your choice of rich short rib or savory Italian sausage braised with red wine and mirepoix. For your seafood course, choose between grilled octopus or seared scallops enhanced with Calabrian chilis and green olives. End the experience on a zesty note with a refreshing limoncello tiramisu layered with whipped mascarpone and Meyer lemon.

We did a team building cooking class with Chef Mathieu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the class. We learned several new techniques that we can bring to our own home kitchens, the class was very hands on and interactive, and the food that we cooked was really delicious. Everyone on my team had a great time and we would totally do it again!
