You'll feel like you're sitting seaside as you prepare Mediterranean recipes in this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef Jacques, you'll create three courses of authentic Mediterranean dishes.
To start the class, you'll make crispy falafels and a fresh tzatziki sauce made with Greek yogurt and cucumber. Next, cook up classic moussaka, a layered eggplant, ground lamb or beef, and béchamel sauce dish, sided by fluffy couscous mixed with vegetables and herbs and drizzled with a citrus dressing. An indulgent baklava sweetened with honey and cinnamon serves as your dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The cooking class with Chef Jacques was absolute delight. The combination of the zesty lemon, the velvety béchamel sauce, and the perfectly cooked salmon was a match made in culinary heaven. The instructor's expertise, passion, and ability to create a supportive learning environment made the class enjoyable and rewarding.
Chef Jacques is a gifted and experienced private chef with international influence. He has created dishes for Michelin-level tasting menus, celebrity events and thousands of guests in restaurants around the world, and owned and operated his own restaurants in England and South Africa after attending University of Cape Town. Trained thoroughly in both food and wine, Chef Jacques loves sharing his gifts as a personal chef and teacher.
