Cooking Class - An Essential Mexican Dinner
Join Chef Luis for a fantastic cooking class where authentic Mexican flavor is in the spotlight. He'll share his techniques for creating fiesta-style favorites that bring joyful flavor to your home table.
First, you'll create a sumptuous shrimp dip starter served with homemade tortilla chips, and a special salad featuring nopales, or cactus slices, and crumbles of feta. Prepare a traditional pozole soup teeming with hominy, warm dried chiles and fresh pork, and whip up cornbread topped with cinnamon crème anglaise for a decadent dessert that's sure to the sweet spot.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
