Learn the techniques behind making authentic tacos from homemade tortilla to toppings.

Elevate your favorite taco dinner with two classic recipes learned in this hands-on cooking class, where Chef Luis will teach you how to craft handmade tacos using fresh ingredients.

Start the class by preparing an avocado and cream cheese dip with a little spice from roasted jalapeños, and learn how to expertly make tortillas from scratch. Then, create tinga tacos with juicy chicken flavored with chipotle peppers, and a mushroom and epazote taco with fresh guacamole and feta. Finally, whip up salsa with tomatoes and jalapeños for topping your taco creations.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luis and the cooking experience was just what we needed after a long day of meetings! He was kind, had tons of great experience, shared a lot of great cooking tips, shared a bit about how he approached cooking in Mexico, and put together an awesome meal for us. There was plenty of food for the evening, and the team thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We’d definitely work with him again in the future.
