In this hands-on cooking class focused on seafood and Mexican cooking techniques, Chef Luis will guide you through a fresh menu and teach you culinary tips to create each dish from scratch.
To start, you'll craft savory ceviche with shrimp, spicy serrano peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers, and char octopus to perfection on the grill, which you'll drizzle with an herby chimichurri sauce. Next, Chef Luis will teach you how to expertly grill shrimp served with fresh Mexican dipping sauces, and make authentic tiradito with sliced tuna and peppers.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luis taught me how to properly chop an onion safely while also having even pieces. I learned a good tip from him in order to cry less during chopping by always using a very sharp knife. This is crucial in order to not release the gasses of the onion. I will definitely be using his tips and tricks in my home kitchen.
