In this interactive cooking class, learn how to prepare traditional Spanish favorites to liven up your cooking. Chef Roy will guide you through a four-course meal as you discover new recipes.

Begin by preparing a creamy vanilla bean soup with fruity Bartlett pears. Next, create a flavorful stuffed baby eggplant filled with fresh vegetables and seasonings. Next, discover the secret to perfectly creamy chicken mole, cooked in a sauce crafted from dark chocolate, juicy plum tomatoes and spicy chili flakes. For dessert, whip up a mouthwatering pineapple meringue pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Roy was such great company and brought our home kitchen to life! He was friendly and funny. Explained the steps and answered all our questions along the way. Showed us that amazing things can be created from simple, basic ingredients. We learned a lot but also had a lot of fun! Highly recommend this experience if you are learning to cook or want to take your cooking to the next level.
