If you've ever wondered how to enjoy the texture and taste of meat on a vegan diet, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Charlene is your dish. She'll share secrets to creating plant-based analogs every bit as satisfying as the real thing!

You'll learn how to turn ground walnuts into hearty meatballs topped with a tempting garlic tahini drizzle that adds flavor and creamy texture in each bite. You'll also prepare a gumbo featuring vegan sausage and deep-fried Brussels sprouts. And for dessert, whip up a delightful coconut crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was excellent. Charlene was so kind and helpful, she answered all of our questions and gave us tips for other vegan dishes outside of these. The meal was very good and cooking was very enjoyable!
