You'll learn how to turn ground walnuts into hearty meatballs topped with a tempting garlic tahini drizzle that adds flavor and creamy texture in each bite. You'll also prepare a gumbo featuring vegan sausage and deep-fried Brussels sprouts. And for dessert, whip up a delightful coconut crème brûlée.
