Join Chef Sakshi for an interactive cooking class featuring the bold, bright flavors of authentic Indian cuisine and traditional technique demonstrations as you create a simple yet dynamic meal from start to finish.
Begin by cooking up various tikka featuring paneer, chicken and lamb kababs, and dahi papdi chaat — a famous Delhi street food made with wafers, boiled potatoes, chickpeas and other flavorful ingredients. Then, prepare crispy spinach-filled street-style potato pockets and finally, authentic milk-based rasmalai for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
As a child growing up in India, Chef Sakshi was always in her grandmother's kitchen, helping her cook up classic dishes and learning all about traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques. She found herself inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, and therefore bring people together. As head chef at her own Indian curry restaurant, she now continues to share her love and passion for Indian cuisine.
