Cooking Class - Gourmet Italian Celebration
Learn to prepare Italian fare with an extra dash of style in this gourmet, hands-on cooking class from Chef Javier. His thoughtful takes on traditional recipes turn the heat up on how special Italian dining can be.
You'll begin by preparing black rice arancini featuring asparagus and Parmigiano. Then, create fettuccine arrabbiata using handmade pasta and Ontario veal, flavored with olives and fresh basil. And, for a dessert that reinvents luxury, whip up a creamy panna cotta prepared with lavender, smoked fruit and the crunch of peanut brittle.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
