Create the Mexican-style feast of your dreams right in your own kitchen.

Learn to cook a robust Mexican feast in this immersive cooking class with Chef Karthikeyan. From balancing citrusy and savory flavors to perfecting culinary skills, you will learn techniques that you can use in your kitchen and beyond.

Begin by whipping up a guacamole bruschetta with perfectly seasoned guacamole. Next, learn to sear a haddock fillet for veggie-loaded fish tacos. After the tacos, prepare a chicken quesadilla packed with a delicious blend of cheeses, and then end the day by frying up your own sugary, golden-brown churros.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
