Start the class by making a crispy, creamy fried cottage cheese known as paneer pakora. Then, create a rustic vegetable korma packed with various vegetables and aromatic spices. To finish, make stuffed parotta and a sweet carrot dessert with cashews and dried sultana.

He built his career in the U.S. with positions in several restaurants and 5-star hotel chains, working his way from line cook to full-fledged chef for a major cruise line. He currently works for a catering company in Canada. Chef Karthikeyan offers his joyful love of food in classes tailored to home chefs of all abilities.
