In this interactive cooking class, Chef Nataly invites you to learn authentic Middle Eastern recipes that you can make at home. Discover traditional ingredients that create the unique flavor profile of this robust cuisine.
Begin class by preparing a vibrant muhammara dip with walnuts, aleppo pepper and pomegranate molasses, along with a traditional creamy hummus. Next, practice your knife skills while chopping ingredients for a classic tabouleh salad. For the main course, make slow-cooked beef and rice with roasted vegetables, followed by mini knafehs, a sweet cheese pastry, for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
